Tis The Season...

Brrr.. It's winter time and a cold one at that! On the way home from milk deliveries we ran through snow. This is close to where we used to live. The boys are quite disappointed that we don't get as much snow here as we did at the old place. It has something to do with not living close to the mountains any more. It got down to 8 degrees the other morning and believe me when I say that that is pretty cold for this part of AZ!

So much has happened since last December!! Our new place is feeling like home more and more everyday! The Dairy is going well! I need to get some pictures on here of the cows in their adorable winter coats. We recently added a new cow to the herd, she is adapting very well! We are also in the process of buying chickens from a friend of ours here in the valley. All her egg customers will be transferred over to us along with the birds at the beginning of the new year. We are anxious to get started! Picking up milk and eggs at the same time seems to be the perfect solution for most of our costumers! I'll try and keep you posted!

Putting up the tree. We all decided on a live one, since they smell so amazing!
There is just something about this time of year that makes you want to wrap up on the couch with a hot mug of hot chocolate and a good interesting story to read! Thinking of books, Mom has been ordering the Lamplighter Theatre Audio Books from the library. We have been listening to them in the evenings after supper. Makes for the perfect evening! :)

"Jesus is the Reason for the Season!" - Don't forget to spend a day with Jesus this Christmas season! :)

And then there is this little cutie that melts everyone's hearts!

Jessica just sent us a few pictures from Canada. Ok, I think I change my mind. If I would have the choice between Canada winters vs Arizona winters I would pick Arizona any day!!
Snow, snow and more snow!!!!
Little Kezia all dressed up and ready to go out and shovel the walk.
:)
And now for a sled ride!! Jason is all bundled up in his car seat behind Kezia. Now, that looks like fun! :)

Jessica and Chris have bought tickets to come down to see us in February. Jessica will be coming with the children on the first of February and then Chris will be joining us later in the month. We are all so excited, as a lot of us haven't even met our little nephew yet!! The way time has been flying they'll be here before we know it!

Joanna was so sweet to take me out for a meal on my birthday. How old am I now?? I think by now you just stop counting!:) Spending so much time together on our milk deliveries has drawn us closer together then ever before. She truly is my best friend!! :))

Well, I'll let you all go! I'm sure there will be lots of pictures to post after Christmas!!
Stay tuned and

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
