Snow In Arizona!!

We woke up one morning with a light layer of snow on the ground.

The perfect amount for Jubilee to get a sled ride! 

I think Jubilee was having a blast while Mom was thinking that she was getting her exercise in for the morning.

On Saturday we all loaded up and headed to the Chiricahuas! The mountains are so pretty right now with all the snow on top!

 We took the van about as far as it would go and then all loaded into two trucks. Our goal was to try and make it all the way to the top. It's been a few years since we were up there, but when we were little the trip to the top was something we did every year.

After we made the transfer we started on our treacherous journey to the top.

Uh oh! Someone had slid into the ditch and was being pulled out. Should we go any farther?

Letting the larger trucks go first we continued up the mountain. Another guy coming down informed us that there was no way we were going to make it all the way.

So we made our way back down till we came across the trail. A perfect sledding spot!

And we sledded the rest of the day!
