| When I say "fresh" I mean fresh! Butter is one of our main staples in baking and lots of other things. A family our size goes through lots of butter. Now that we have our cow there is never a shortage around our house of fresh, homemade butter. |

| Even with all the cheese, cottage cheese, butter, and other things we use the milk for, we still had more then we could use. That is where this little calf is coming in handy. We just got him a few days ago and Millie and him have already bonded. He is so cute and only 9 days old. Never dreamed of having a little calf on our farm. :) -------------------------------------- |
