A Catch Up Post?!

Hello Everyone,
Who has been waiting endlessly for me to post? All of you? Well, I am really sorry! The rain keeps falling and I keep working! The grass turns green and I still don't find time to post. Yes, life has been busy, so here it goes... this is what I have been up too! :)
First of all the third week of August I was in Indiana at Still Waters Camp. I was honored by being asked to work there as a Junior Chaperone. Yes, it was a lot of work, but it was more than worth it!! Just to know that others were getting a blessing from what I was helping to do was a blessing enough for me. The other Junior Chaps were great too. We all worked together and got the job done. :) I flew in on the 16th and flew back home on the 23rd, then back to work the next day at 7:30. In a way I still don't feel like I have had time to catch up on sleep. At camp we only got around 5-7 hours to sleep.
Look who came in the inbox this morning!! Our sweet little Canadian! :) I got off work early today and don't have to be back at work till the 16th. Not this Monday but the next. You know what  is happening in that time? I am so excited to announce... Well, maybe I should keep it a secret. I love to keep you all in suspense! :)
Jared just had his 11th birthday. He is growing into such a little man! I told Mom that 10 years could see us all married and she would be left at home with Jubilee. :) She didn't like that I brought up the thought.. :/ ok, ten years isn't that long, but in another sense it is! :)

Bad thing about not being home is that I don't take near as many pictures. I know, I need to give another sibling the job. If I could find one that loves taking pictures as much as I do. :) Mommy & Daddy celebrated their 26th anniversary on August the 6th. Jenny and Micah's 3rd anniversary was on the 7th. Whoa, I have missed a lot of happenings. :/ Can I really be this bad 0_o... Jaylon and Hannah went back to see Hannah's parents on the... wait I think I have a picture for this one!! :)
I do!! (well I stole it from Hannah) ... Aren't they so cute together!? Ok, back to what I was saying. They went to see Hannah's parents on the 17th of August. They celebrated their early anniversary by going to the ocean and different places while they were back there. Kinda made us all a bit jealous... You're right! They deserved a get away! :) Maybe I'll post about their first anniversary later! =D

I am probably forgetting a lot of things... I just want to go hold my new little nephew. For your sakes I continue...haha I'm joking. This is kinda fun, I haven't done it in a while! :)
Jenny and Micah finished their little house just in time for Uriah's arrival. I am going to have to make a post about it cause it is so cute inside. They made almost everything themselves out of rough wood, which looks really cool. For a quick insight... they have a horse trough for a tub. Now how cool is that?

Ok, like I have a lot more pictures to post about these two cutie pies!! :)
Uh oh. Was someone not paying attention? Someone just got into helping with the butter making, or at least trying to help. "It's great fun!"

I think I am finally wrapping this one up. Hopefully I didn't miss anything. On my week off I plan to get caught up on here. I have a lot of little posts to post, so stay tuned. More pictures of Uriah will be coming a little later! :) He is such a little doll!!! :)

Well have a great weekend!!
Your almost thought to be expired blogger,
Joylin

  3. I was at that camp too! In fact I think I served you lunch a few times. It was a great camp and it is always such a blessing to be there serving the Bride.
