September Happenings

Crazy to think it's October already. Jessica and Kezia have already come and gone. I guess with me going to work almost everyday it made the weeks fly by faster. Having them here was a real treat. 

At first Kezia wasn't so sure about having so many aunts and uncles, but it didn't take her long to warm up. 

Playing a game with big sis...

Jessica was such a big help around the place. She jumped in and got the details done that we usually don't have the time to do.

It always comes down to one word,"adorable."

Look at this handsome little guy. Uriah is growing so fast! Every once in a while if you are lucky you will get a smile or coo's out of him. He is totally a Garcia baby, with his light hair and blue eyes. :)

Pet Care 4 U has been staying busy as well, with dogs and cats always coming and going.

Our garden did really good this year. Everything is pretty much through except for the tomatoes, pumpkins, sweet potatoes, melons, etc...

Any one want to buy some potatoes? This year we have more then enough. We dug three rows and we still have eight rows to go. As long as we don't have a hard frost the taters can stay in the ground. 

And yes, we can't forget about the fair! We didn't enter anything last year cause it was over the time Jubilee was born. This year we made over 120 entries between us all. The boys made canvas work pictures, which I thought turned out really cute!

I only put one entry in and that was a skirt I had made. Jared and Jesse's drawings are above. They both made it to sweep stakes on veggies under juniors.

Joanna made a lot of flower entries and Mom put in herbs.

The boys did good on the vegetables. Jesse's pumpkin won best of show for being the heaviest that was there. 

Our onions got best of show as well.

Today is Saturday!! What should I do on my day off? I don't know. I guess I'll think of something though! :)
