A Peek Into Our Month of July

How was everyones month of July? Ours was a good month, but also a busy one. I must say it went by like a flash of lightning. For some reason it seemed to be in some kind of hurry. Almost like it was late for some great event. All I know is that every month that passes brings us one day closer to going home! :)

We have been getting pretty big storms blowing in and with them comes the gust of wind. One whirl wind sucked the tarp right off the hay pile and up over the power line. Whoops... we had to have the lineman come out for that one. And then they went and cut it off. So much for our tarp.. 

We have been so enjoying the rain that the Lord has been sending our way. 

The plants in the garden grow by leaps and bounds.

I am so excited to announce that we will be enjoying baby piglets in just a few days. In the mean time the mommies are being spoiled with a pasture and a mudpit to stay cool in this heat.

One is due on Saturday and then the other two next month.

These adorable puppies were hard to give up when it was time for them to go home... but that is just the way it goes. :)

Then my post ends with this cutie!! Almost a year and he is walking all over the place now. Wow, they grow so quickly! :(
