Babies on the Farm

Mom has been selling eggs to milk customers and can hardly keep up. We let some hens set on 4 batches of eggs. They all did great except for one hen only hatched out one chick. We picked up a dozen chicks at the feed store and she gladly claimed them as her own.

Jubilee adores them! :)

The baby calves are growing fat and strong on all that good milk! 

Some of them aren't so little any more. 

Jubilee was so excited when our cat had kittens. We would've had five, but Poppy thinks that kittens are no different then gophers, so we ended up with three. :/

Spring is always a fun time on the farm! :)
