Our Busy Month Of August

Hi everyone, hope this finds you all doing well! :) Between our dairy processes, gardening, little tots and so much more, we've had a very busy month! :)

Our rainy season has not been as good as some, but we will not complain, and are very thankful for every drop that comes down.
Jesse is a very good help with the little guys.
"Look Nannie, I have a hat."

Who can resist grins like these!? :)

Micah and Jenny celebrated their 5th anniversary by going on a little weekend stay in a cabin.
Mean while we kept the 2 boys... They both love their Pa Pa very much!!

Mommy and Daddy also celebrated their 28th anniversary last month as well!!
Our dairy is coming along slowly but surely, and as Joylin already told you Micah and her worked long hours on the Website!

My little Brother, Jared, is now a teen!? What? Where does time go to?
As one of Dad's right handed boys, he helps with the cows and is a very responsible little man.
Micah and Jenny got him ducks for his birthday, he dearly loves, and cares for them.
Joshua gave him a Hammock, his brothers wanted to see him in it before it was hung up.
 "Yep a perfect fit."
Jubilee is our little bubble of Joy!
Tasting a pie someone gave us.
One of our friends let us pick her Peach trees, they kept us busy peeling, canning, freezing and of course eating.
Jubilee loved helping.
These 2 were being photogenic the other day, so Mom snapped a few pics of them.
Along with rain and wet, comes snakes... nobody really enjoys them, and when Mom came across these 2 rattlers in our pump shed you can imagine the scream she gave out. But before she knew it the whole family was at her aid! LOL

Micah happened to be here, and with one chop of a shovel both of their heads were off! Hopefully before they died, they told their friends to never come on this property, because they are NOT welcome here!
It is always hard gardening the first year of a move, and despite fighting off bugs that destroyed some of our plants, we are getting a nice amount of fresh produce.
We planted a fall crop of peas.
Justin's Boss let us pick 10 dozen ears of sweet corn from his farm.
Picking green beans.
And then of course snapping them...
...Or cutting them as Jubilee enjoys doing.
Sitting in the raspberry patch with her kitten and bowl hat. :)
We got many sweet juicy watermelons.
The other day, Jubilee asked mom for a scissors, and walked out the door. A little later she comes in with an arm full of flowers for Mom that only have about 1 inch long stems. We had to put them in a bowl, and she was told that the next time she picks flowers, she's to let a longer stem on them so that they can go in a vase!
This morning I looked out the window and saw these 2 cuties with their rain boots on wading in the puddles.
What kind of grins are those!? :D
When we get a lot of rain at once, our porch floods and Jubilee usually ends up soaked.
Watching Jesse grind flour.
I enjoy getting to babysit Kyle often. :)
Here is someone you haven't seen in a while! :) Yep, that's Jason. He is now 3 months old and as chubby and cute as ever.
Jessica sends us pictures often, but that hardly does the justice of getting to squeeze the little guy.
We miss them, but get to Skype often .
Well that's all for now, hope you enjoy all the pictures! :)
