Why, Hello Folks!
Yep we are still alive haha and no, we haven't fallen off the edge of the earth! :P
Sorry for the long wait for a post! I'm sure some of you have given up waiting!
Well here is a peek at what we have all been doing. :) The dairy is coming along quite nicely, and after a few set backs we are back on track again! :)
Painting the floor was the next step after painting the walls. We chose this beautiful blue!
P.S. Sorry, some of these pics are a little blurry, they were taken on phones.

Next came installing the water heater, sinks, and ac units, |
We got the cool box up and running this week, and it was down to -10 F* in minutes! |
The milk stanchions and the pipeline system. |
We got our bottling machine, now it just needs to be installed. |
We got a new flock of chickens from TX.
Now you can only imagine the stacks of eggs we have to put away.
We get around 45 dozen a day! ( This picture was taken right when we unloaded them so they hadn't found the hole to the outdoors yet.) |
Our weather has been very mild this winter! Not to complain, haha it has been lovely! |
Mowing off the raspberries.
It's crazy to think they will be all grown up and ready to pick in just a few months! |
The boys cleaned up behind our shop. |
What's with boys and fire? LOL I wouldn't know except that they somehow attract each other!
Apparently this is an easy way to clean up leaves and grass. |
Mom made some delicious pies the other day! |
Least to say we had 2 raspberry pies gone in one day!
We will just say there are three growing boys in the family! ;) |
Joylin just got back from visiting a special friend of hers! ;)
I was kept very busy doing all the milk deliveries and eggs without her. |
I'm glad to have her back, but I'm glad she enjoyed her time with Spencer Cook in Canada. |
