The Great Mercies of God

A praise report on how great our God is!
Jaylon and Hannah enjoyed an awesome week with Hannah's parents back in Pa, for Christmas. The trip went well and they were on their way home from Phoenix airport, and were about 30 minutes away from home, 2:45 am.  Hannah was curled up in the passenger seat catching up on sleep from the long night flight. Jaylon had been listening to a Message and had just finished it. The night was black and there was no one on the road ahead. All at once six horses came into the lights. Three on one side and two on the other and one right in the middle of the road. At 60 mph Jaylon tried to dodge them, but was unable to get around it and somehow caught the horse, sending the car sliding sideways straight for a telephone pole. The wheel then caught the fence flipping the car at least once, sending it away from the pole. They crawled out of the shattered passenger window only with a few scratches and a bit sore from the accident. The horse was killed, but we praise God over and over again for keeping His hand on Jaylon and Hannah;  letting  no harm come to them!!!

They gave us a call and Justin and Dad went down to get them around 3:15 a.m.  Jaylon called 911 and the ambulance soon showed up and did all their hundreds of tests. The police finally showed up and then the tow truck. They got here around 6:00 tired and worn out. Dad took them home after we got to talk for a bit.
