SNOWBOARDING

With two full days of painting, we were all ready for our days off. We loaded up and headed to Tucson, where we swapped out cars for a bigger one and then we were off.

We had a good 5 hour drive to Showlow. To pass time we did a tape quiz.

Yeah, we made it!! It was all cold and snowing! We stopped in for a bite before heading to the lodge.

Here are some of the group that we went with. There was around 65 people.

When we got to the lodge we all headed to bed. 

The next morning we were all up early and after a group talk, we all headed out to the slopes. This was the first time for Joshua and I to snowboard, so we were really excited!

Frist day as you can tell was cold and snowing.

Haha, did someone fall down? lol I had quite a few crashes before I finally started catching on. Joshua caught on first time down and I had to be a bit jealous! lol Second day was a beautiful day and I felt like I did a lot better then the first. I feel like I actually know how now! 

Don't we look like professionals!! :P haha 

So we had an amazing time!! Back to the lodge for a good bowl of chili and then long drive back home.. We got home around 2;30 a.m. Saturday morning. We had to get up by 6:00 that morning to move! Pictures coming...
