A Big Weekend

The annual branding took place this month bringing lots of visitors from here and there.

It was a cloudy day, perfect for being outside.

Everyone jumped into help!

There was a picnic afterwards down by the river. Micah, Jaylon and Justin with Brother Tim's help did all the grilling for us.

Joanna and I quick grabbed a bite before rushing off to a wedding rehearsal. We were back again for volley ball after dark and then the long drive home. It was a long fun day!

The next day was Ben and Lois's wedding. Joanna and Joy Salzman were both in the wedding. Joy came over around 4:00 and I did both the girls hair. Then we got to the wedding place early to help set up. We got started at 8:00 and the wedding started at 11:00, so it was nice when a lot of people showed up to help.

Yes, we were the servers. And did I mention that we got burnt? lol It was worth it all to see Lois and Ben happily married!

After helping clean up everyone came over to our place to play volleyball. We had around 55 people here and had a wonderful evening!!
