Joylin's 18th Birthday!

Crazy huh!? Man, time has really flown! It seems the older you get the faster time passes. Sometimes I wish that time would just stop, so that I could have time to think about all that is going on around me before anything else comes up. :) I am finally a driver now. Took my driving permit test a few days before I turned eighteen and passed. Now one of these days I need to run in and get my license! Mom got 3 cleaning jobs lined up for me, so having my license will make it really handy. 

Sorry this post is a little late, as my birthday is on the 4th, but we've all been gone the last couple days spending time with Jenny and Micah & Little Micah. Awww he is so adorable and it was so hard to leave him to come home! We are all back home now except for Mom who is staying the rest of the week. Now a baby shower is on the way. I need to get my act together and get some things done. Jessica's showers are coming next, so there is always just one thing after another.

We are all practicing for a Christmas program! It is a lot of singing and memorizing. We are praying that it will be a blessing to some dark soul in this world. As Christmas arrives we start remembering our Saviors birth and all the many people that are less fortunate then we. Not many people have a warm house to come home too on cold nights, not many people will be stuffing themselves with some big Christmas dinner, or sitting around a wood stove when it is snowing outside. Lets be thankful for what we have this Christmas Season and help those who are in need.

We got a few snow flurries here. Not enough to stick, but enough to let us know that winter is here. Last night it got down to 18 degrees.... brrrrr! In my book, that is cold!! All the trees are now bare, their life going into the ground for the winter. The landscape is very brown around here, cold and still!
