Scavenger Hunt



As the days shorten and with the weather turning colder, we took advantage of a nice, hot, sunny day and went up to the Amerind Foundations for a scavenger hunt.

The boys decided that they all wanted to be on a team,
... so us girls and Mom were all on the other. :)

We had a whole list of things that we had to find. Joanna found a dry flower,

I found a coke bottle cap,

and Mommy a red rock.



Justin took pictures of the boys on his ipod, so the pictures are a little fuzzy.

We were looking for a birds nest and we couldn't find one, so Joanna decided that she might be able to see one better if she climbed to the top of a rock. :)
Yup, the boys won!!
You wonder why the boys won?! Well, we were kinda lazy at times and Mom took dog calls so ya.. umm... can't think of any more excuses! =P

    don't be angry with me for keeps... I will try to get a picture of her on here, but she is a bit camera shy and it just seems that she is always somewhere else when i have the camera in hand! :D
